Description
As of 11/26/2016, a large tree limb and debris are blocking the north-bound bike lane on Umbria Street. This is across the street from the Umbria Golf Center. A volunteer from the cycling community cleaned off much of the debris, but could not move the limb.

Please refer this to Streets Department for road hazard clearing-area next to bike lane is private property.

Since Philly311 closed the original Case# 11075186 even though THE ISSUE WAS NOT CORRECTED, a concerned cyclist entered a second Philly311 case under the “Other” category rather than the “Fallen Tree” category. A picture and a reference to the SeeClickFix Issue link were included.
The second case was also closed even though THE ISSUE WAS NOT CORRECTED.

As of 12/23/2016, after being reported to Philly311 twice, the fallen tree has finally been removed from the bike lane, apparently by a volunteer from the cycling community. The cut up pieces remain alongside the bike lane.
No thanks to Philly311, philly parks or streets departments.
YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!
