    The lane signage on Westcross Road at Diamond Causeway has faded and vehicles are no longer following the right lane being a right turn only. Security has received multiple complaints and witnessed on multiple occasions that vehicles are using the right turn only lane to go straight and cross over to Lake Street. I personally had a vehicle behind me yesterday (05/18) go straight once the light turned green and I made a right turn.

    The roads need to be repainted showing that the right lane is for right turns only while the left lane is left turn and straight. A suggestion from one resident was to have the County change the green lights so that the right light is a right green arrow instead of just a green light.

    The sunset room door handle on the small parking lot sign is broken. The door handle pulls out of the door when you try to pull open the door. The bolt or screw that held the door handle together is missing. I was able to push the door handles back together but you have to be careful to not pull too hard when opening the door.

    The Moon River entrance arm was knocked off by a unregistered golf cart that came from Green Island Road (direction of South Harbor). The golf cart left the area without contacting Security. The arm was resecured and is functional, but the LED lights wires were disconnected and need to be reconnected.

    Fish kill in lagoon 124, resident stated lots of dead fish floating and many buzzards in the area.

    When it rains it is very difficult to hear guests/vendors/residents on the Moon River callbox. The rain hitting the callbox can be heard very loudly, drowning out whoever is speaking at the call box. As far as I can tell, the person can hear security just fine. No other call box has this issue when it rains. (NJH)

    The lights on the exit arm at the Marshview Landing gate are not working properly. The are illuminating yellow and stay the same color in the open and closed position; they are not changing between red and green.

    The Moon River entrance arm was knocked off, a report has been filed. The wiring for the red/green lights was pulled apart and needs to be repaired. The arm, otherwise, is functioning properly.

    North Gate resident arm stopped working today. Error codes stated "derating", "missing safety device", and "impact detection". A review of the cameras starting at midnight did not show any vandalism or gate hits. The internals have been partially removed to assist in diagnosing.

    The light switch in the men's room at the main gate is broken. The left side for the light is functional but right side for the vent is broken and we can't turn off the vent. The light switch wiggles around and will turn off the vent for a second and then it starts up again.
