Took picture today - second dumpster added no more trash. Curious to know how many people live in the building and if the City actually has the updated stats. My money is they don't. However this is issue is closed. Also FYI to the City, you might want to use the 'acknowledge' button since any user can click on the 'WHERE DID THIS REPORT GO' and see that it was successfully sent to the City.
