I know the owner, he took the city to court. Nothing is going to happen to it. for a while. It is not deemed unsafe since it has already fallen in and is not leaning towards the street. He also has 10 antique cars in the garage that he doesn't know what to do with since they would have to be moved out in the open while the roof is fixed.
